I called Apple and booked my car for a November 2nd pick up. I was called on Novermer 1st and told by Marina that my car was to be picked up by them between 9:30 Am and 11:00 Am on the 2nd. Apple arrived at 10:00 Am on the 2nd. I was told by the driver that he would be taking my car to apples terminal location in East Hartford CT. where it would be loaded on one of Apples tractor trailers for transport to Florida. I was contacted by Apples Florida Terminal to arrange delivery on the morning of November 5th. We set up a late afternoon delivery, and my car arrived in perfect condition at 4pm on the 5th. This is one company that exceeded my expectations. I was told that I would see my car in 5-7 days, and it arrived in 4 days. I contracted with a broker last year to ship my car and after 30 days of sitting in a impound. I had to fly someone down to drive it back. It was a nightmare. Be careful trying to save a dollar it cost me. I have recommended Apple to all my friends, and havent herd one complaint.
